01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gb11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online betting and casino services available at gb11.io. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with gb11, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of promotional offers, and all other interactions with the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. gb11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information you provide at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or mobile banking account confirmation. Failure to provide adequate verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your gb11 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawal requests submitted, and all communications sent through your account. gb11 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such unauthorised use resulted from your failure to take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials.

You must keep your account password secure and confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gb11 support immediately so that the account can be secured without delay.

• Your account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any entitlements associated with it to another party.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details (including your email address and mobile number) remain current and accurate. gb11 uses these details for account notifications, security alerts, and withdrawal confirmations.
• gb11 communicates with players exclusively in English. All notices, terms updates, and account communications will be issued in English.
• You must inform gb11 promptly if you believe any transaction shown in your account history is inaccurate or unauthorised. gb11 will investigate such reports in good faith.

gb11 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, where verification requirements have not been met, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to gb11 or to other players on the platform.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on gb11 are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gb11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where enabled)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by gb11, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your gb11 account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposited funds held in your gb11 account do not accrue interest. gb11 holds player funds separately from operational funds to protect your balance in the event of a business disruption.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. gb11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 BST (UTC+6), and on the next business day for requests submitted after that time.

• Before processing a withdrawal, gb11 may require completion of identity verification if it has not already been carried out on your account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has active wagering requirements attached to a bonus. Funds subject to an active wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal until that requirement is met.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

gb11 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each offer is presented and form part of the overall agreement when you accept a bonus.

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier is stated in the offer terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on gb11 are final once confirmed. gb11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in specific, limited circumstances set out below. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that a bet is correct before confirming it.

In the case of sports betting, including cricket markets for BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). gb11 reserves the right to use publicly available official results as the basis for settlement.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for an official result, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the market-specific rules.
• In the event of a clear pricing error on any market, gb11 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb11 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and gb11 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any balances held therein.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud gb11 or other players through misrepresentation, false chargebacks, manipulation of payment processes, or any other fraudulent means.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in card games or coordinating crash game cash-out timing.

09 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gb11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gb11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gb11 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the gb11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
